We are not a typical swim school. Our instructors don't simply teach from a checklist. We teach the whole child, adjust to each swimmer's individual needs and take initiative to help children become safe, confident and independent in the water. We're proud to have a 100% success rate helping our swimmers learn to swim. What We're Looking For Swim-instruction, competitive swimming or swim-team experience Confidence teaching children of different ages and abilities Ability to take initiative and adapt lessons to each child Dependable, energetic and motivated team player Strong commitment to water safety and measurable progress Interest in making swim instruction a long-term career Our instructors teach 20-minute private lessons and 30-minute small-group classes with approximately 3-4 swimmers. Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid or WSI certification is preferred. Training opportunities may be available for the right candidate. Why Join AquaSquad?
