We believe in care that is personalized to each individual client, and prioritize quality over quanitity. We are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable Performance Coach to lead small-group performance classes and help grow our training program. This is a contract position with the opportunity to also provide personal training and semi-private training. Responsibilities Coach strength, conditioning, mobility, and performance-based classes Provide safe, effective exercise instruction and modifications Create an engaging, professional, and motivating training environment Collaborate with Apollo physical therapists and performance staff Support client retention and growth of the Apollo performance community Opportunity to offer personal training, specialty programs, and workshops Qualifications Background in strength and conditioning, personal training, exercise science, or sports performance Strong communication and coaching skills Comfortable working with athletes and general fitness clients Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Nationally recognized certification (CSCS, NASM, NSCA, ACSM, ACE, USAW, or similar) CPR/AED certification preferred Training & Quality Standards To maintain Apollo's standard of quality, all coaches will complete preparatory training prior to independently coaching clients.
