Job Description

Position Overview:
Super Aqua Swim School is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for working with kids to join our team as Swim Instructors. No prior experience is required - we are committed to training and certifying you to become a skilled and confident instructor. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who love working with children, are passionate about swimming, and enjoy teaching. We provide comprehensive training and cover the costs of necessary certifications. Key Responsibilities:
Participate in our comprehensive training program to become a proficient Swim Instructor, regardless of your previous experience. Plan and deliver swimming lessons to students of all skill levels, tailoring instruction to meet individual needs and abilities. Foster a safe and supportive environment that emphasizes water safety and proper swimming techniques. Demonstrate and guide students through various swimming strokes, breathing techniques, and aquatic skills. Assess students' progress and skill development, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, skill achievements, and lesson plans. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and guardians, addressing any concerns or questions promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to coordinate schedules, events, and overall program development. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your teaching methods and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
No prior experience required; we will provide comprehensive training and certification. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and communicate effectively with children of all ages and their parents or guardians. Genuine love for working with kids and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives. A passion for teaching and helping others achieve their swimming goals. Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements:
Stand, walk, and move around the pool area for extended periods. Lift and move equipment, including kickboards and pool noodles.
Job Types:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
