Overview Join our Circle Christian School family as a Cheerleading Coach and ignite the spirit of teamwork, confidence, and athletic excellence among our enthusiastic participants! In this energetic role, you will lead cheerleading squads through skill development, choreography, and performance preparation, fostering a positive environment that encourages growth and camaraderie. Your passion for sports, physical activity, and mentoring will inspire young athletes to achieve their best both on and off the field. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of cheerleaders while promoting healthy lifestyles and team spirit. Responsibilities Design and implement engaging cheerleading routines that incorporate dance, and basic stunts. Lead practices focused on skill development, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship Coach athletes on proper safety procedures during stunts and routines to prevent injuries Organize team performances at games, competitions, and community events to showcase their talents Foster a positive team environment by encouraging motivation, confidence, and respectful behavior among participants Collaborate with other coaches or staff to coordinate schedules, uniforms, and event logistics Maintain accurate attendance records and monitor athlete progress to tailor coaching strategies effectively Experience Demonstrated experience in cheerleading coaching or performing at a competitive or recreational level Background in sports coaching with knowledge of physical training techniques for youth athletes Skills in choreography creation, stunt coordination, and tumbling instruction Familiarity with safety protocols related to cheerleading stunts and routines Proven ability to manage behavior effectively while fostering a fun and disciplined environment Join us as a Cheerleading Coach and be part of an inspiring team dedicated to empowering young athletes through movement, teamwork, and leadership!
