We are seeking swim instructors to help at our 7-Day Swim Sessions. This is a full seven day commitment for at least two to three weeks during the summer months. The Sessions take place at host locations throughout the metro-Atlanta area, so a qualified candidate must have their own car and be willing to commute. We prefer candidates who have experience working with young children (under 5). A background with as a swim instructor, part of swim team, or lifeguard is a plus. Must be open to being trained in the MarciSwim method. Responsibilities Lead structured swimming lessons for children, teens, and adults, ensuring safety and skill development at every level Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and water safety procedures with enthusiasm and clarity Monitor participants during lessons to prevent accidents and respond swiftly to emergencies using lifeguard skills Develop tailored lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and physical abilities Foster a supportive environment that encourages confidence, teamwork, and enjoyment of water activities Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the pool area, equipment, and surrounding facilities Requirements Experience working with children or students in a childcare or educational setting Strong behavior management skills to motivate learners and maintain discipline during lessons Ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with participants of all ages Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for teaching and promoting healthy lifestyles through aquatic activities Join us to make waves in our community!
