Responsibilities Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of sports events, tournaments, and recreational activities to maximize guest engagement and satisfaction Supervise and manage staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence Oversee day-to-day club operations, including shift management, guest services, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols such as first aid and CPR procedures Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to facilitate event logistics, equipment setup, and venue management Maintain accurate records through report writing on event outcomes, staff performance, operational issues, and guest feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts Manage budgets effectively by tracking expenses, handling cash transactions responsibly, and optimizing resource allocation for events and daily operations Foster a positive environment that emphasizes hospitality, customer service excellence, and team collaboration to enhance overall guest experiences Requirements Proven experience in nightclub or event venue management with a strong background in events management and operational oversight Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising staff and managing teams effectively in fast-paced environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report writing, scheduling, and communication purposes Extensive knowledge of hospitality standards with a focus on guest services and customer satisfaction strategies Experience in shift management, cash handling, budgeting, and operational management within resort or entertainment settings Technical proficiency related to event setup equipment or venue technology systems is highly desirable Valid certifications in first aid and CPR; additional safety or hospitality certifications are advantageous Previous assistant manager or managerial decision-making experience in nightlife or sports club environments is preferred Join us to lead exciting sporting programs that energize our community!
