Part-Time (Evenings) About the Position Albion SC is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and dependable Youth Soccer Coach to join our growing Mini Kickers Program. This position is perfect for someone who loves working with young children and wants to make a positive impact through sports. Our Mini Kickers Program focuses on introducing children to soccer through fun, age-appropriate activities that develop coordination, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love of the game. No elite playing experience is required—we're looking for someone with a passion for coaching young children and creating an engaging learning environment.Programs You'll Coach Mini Kickers Littles Ages:

Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays Lead fun, structured soccer sessions focused on fundamental movement skills, ball mastery, and confidence building. Responsibilities Plan and lead engaging soccer sessions for preschool and early elementary-aged children. Create a positive, encouraging, and safe learning environment. Teach basic soccer skills through games and age-appropriate activities. Communicate professionally with parents and club staff. Arrive on time for all sessions. Help foster a love for sports and physical activity in young players. Qualifications Experience working with preschool or elementary-aged children (required). Coaching, teaching, childcare, daycare, preschool, PE, or camp experience preferred. Positive attitude with excellent communication skills. Patient, energetic, and dependable. Ability to manage groups of young children in a fun and organized environment. Soccer playing or coaching experience is a plus but not required. Must be able to pass a background check. Schedule Tuesdays (Evenings) Thursdays (Evenings) Fridays (Evenings) Part-time hours with opportunities for additional coaching assignments throughout the year.
