For more than 30 years , Champions In Motion has been creating fun, inclusive youth programs across the country where children can grow, learn, and thrive through cheer, tumbling, leadership, and teamwork. Monday Evenings Required Practice Night:

Monday evenings ( must be available )

Time Commitment:

1 evening per week ( between 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM )

Additional Commitment:

Responsibilities include:

Teaching cheer skills and safe technique Preparing for classes and practices Creating fun and engaging competition routines and choreography Encouraging athletes and helping them grow in confidence and skill Supporting athletes of all ability levels Maintaining a positive and safe class environment Basic record-keeping and communication with families What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who is: Enthusiastic, energetic, and positive Great with kids and enjoys mentoring youth Professional, dependable, and approachable A strong communicator with customer service skills Comfortable using basic technology and social media Passionate about cheer and youth development Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of cheer experience preferred Reliable transportation Ability to commit for the full season/year Availability on Monday evenings Experience teaching children is a plus — but we provide paid training to help you succeed.
