Competitive Team Coach

Competitive Team Coach Gymnastics World of Georgia LLC The Competitive Team Coach is responsible for developing and mentoring athletes within our competitive program while upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and athlete experience. This role goes beyond teaching skills — our Team Coaches build confident, disciplined athletes through intentional coaching, positive leadership, and strong communication with families and staff. Competitive Team Coaches play a vital role in athlete retention, progression, and team culture while supporting the long-term vision and legacy of Gymnastics World of Georgia. Qualifications:

Prior competitive gymnastics coaching experience preferred Strong understanding of gymnastics technique, drills, and progressions Ability to spot safely and confidently (or willingness to be trained) Excellent communication and leadership skills Must be dependable, punctual, and professional USAG Membership (or willingness to obtain)
