Job Description

Full time / Part time Coach - Alloy Personal Training Windermere (Cumming, GA) About Us Alloy Personal Training Windermere is a results-driven, small-group personal training studio where clients come for expert coaching, accountability, and a supportive community. Our sessions are capped at six participants, ensuring every member gets personalized attention while still enjoying a team atmosphere. We're passionate about changing lives through strength training, wellness education, and positive energy. Position Overview We're looking for a motivated and service-minded Coach to join our training team and help members reach their goals. This role combines coaching, leadership, and operations. You'll set the tone for the client experience, oversee program delivery, and mentor fellow trainers. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding small-group personal training sessions, following the Alloy system Build meaningful relationships with clients—knowing their goals, progress, and challenges Monitor client performance (InBody scans, progress notes, attendance) and adjust programming as needed Keep the studio environment upbeat, safe, clean, and welcoming Support sales and retention by engaging prospects, celebrating member milestones, and promoting studio events Uphold Alloy's standards of service, professionalism, and positivity Qualifications Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, or similar) CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain) 2+ years of coaching or training experience; leadership experience a plus Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping people succeed Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early mornings/evenings and occasional weekends Comfortable using basic tech tools (fitness apps, scheduling systems, email, etc.) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus performance bonuses Ongoing education through the Alloy system and partner workshops A positive, team-oriented environment where your ideas matter Opportunities for growth as we expand programs and events How to Apply If you're ready to help people get stronger, healthier, and more confident—with an amazing team—we'd love to hear from you!
