Role:
We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and positive Speed & Agility Coach who loves helping middle school and high school athletes reach their full potential. This coach will lead performance training sessions focused on speed, agility, explosiveness, coordination, athletic confidence, and injury prevention. The ideal candidate is someone who can connect with young athletes, create a motivating training environment, and inspire athletes to work hard while having fun.
Responsibilities :
Lead group speed and agility training sessions for athletes ages 7-18. Teach proper running mechanics, acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, and athletic movement patterns. Develop and implement age-appropriate training programs. Motivate athletes to push themselves while maintaining proper technique and safety. Track athlete progress and celebrate improvements. Foster a positive, encouraging, and disciplined training culture. Communicate professionally with parents, athletes, and staff. Assist with athletic testing, clinics, and special events. Ensure equipment and training areas are organized and safe.
Qualifications :
Passion for developing young athletes. Strong communication and leadership skills. Experience coaching, training, or participating in athletics. Knowledge of speed, agility, strength, and conditioning principles preferred. Positive attitude and growth mindset. Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Preferred Experience:
Background in sports performance, strength and conditioning, personal training, physical education, or athletics. Experience working with middle school and high school athletes.
Certifications such as:
CSCS NASM CPT/PES USA
Weightlifting
ISSA ACE
Other relevant coaching certifications

Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience and certifications. Opportunities for additional coaching hours, camps, clinics, and private training sessions. Professional development and growth opportunities within our performance training program.
