Job Description
RNB Sports is looking for an energetic and dependable Assistant Tennis Coach to support group lessons, beginner development programs, camps, and match-play activities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about tennis, youth development, and creating a positive learning environment. Responsibilities Assist lead coaches during tennis lessons, camps, and clinics Help organize drills, warm-ups, and match-play activities Support player development through structured instruction Encourage sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork Maintain a safe and positive court environment Assist with setup and cleanup of equipment when needed Requirements Reliable transportation Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working with kids, juniors, and beginner players Positive attitude and willingness to learn Tennis playing or coaching experience preferred, but not required Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
