Youth Sports Coach (Preschool & Elementary) About Us N Zone Sports Gwinnett partners with local preschools, private schools, and early learning centers to deliver high‑energy, skill‑building sports classes for children ages 2-12. Our mission is to create a positive, encouraging environment where every child builds confidence, coordination, and a love for movement. We continue expanding across our territory and we are seeking enthusiastic, reliable coaches to join our team. Position Summary We are seeking coaches for our multi-sport program. Pay rate begins at $16 per hour (30-35mins) with the potential to earn more. Our programs come with ready-made curriculums and extensive training to help you get up to speed quickly and enjoy working with the kids!

• We coach children (2years old
• 6th Grade) with a focus on preschool age (2
• 6 years.) Our coaches teach the basic fundamentals of many different sports and introduce nutrition and muscle groups. We shall teach you every skill required to coach all of the sports
• Soccer, Football, Basketball, Lacrosse, Tennis, Golf, Baseball, kickball and Hockey.

Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun and we create a stress-free environment. Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success. And finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded and know coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to improve by attending regular trainings and following the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual & Curriculum Responsibilities Lead structured sports classes using N Zone curriculum Create a fun, safe, and encouraging environment for young children Communicate professionally with school staff Arrive on time and prepare for each session Manage equipment and maintain a clean teaching area Represent N Zone Sports with professionalism and enthusiasm Willingness to commute to Loganville, Grayson, Lawrenceville (30045, 30046) Sports You May Teach (Training provided for all sports) Football, Soccer, basketball, T-ball, Volleyball, and more.
