Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to inspire, guide, and empower individuals to reach their full potential. As a vital member of our team, you will create a positive and motivating environment that fosters growth, development, and success. Your role will involve working closely with diverse populations, including those with developmental disabilities and autism, to provide personalized support and mentorship. Duties Develop tailored coaching plans that align with individual goals and needs, ensuring a supportive pathway to success Provide one-on-one mentoring and guidance to help clients overcome challenges related to employment, social skills, or personal development Conduct assessments and interviews to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and appropriate interventions Facilitate training sessions focused on workforce development, social skills, or specific behavioral strategies Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to coordinate support plans and ensure consistent progress Assist in recruiting participants for programs by promoting engagement and explaining available resources Monitor progress regularly, document outcomes meticulously, and adjust coaching strategies as needed Skills Strong knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance in all coaching activities Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism to tailor approaches effectively Background in addiction counseling or related behavioral health fields is highly desirable Proven teaching ability with excellent communication skills for effective mentoring and training Familiarity with workforce development initiatives to support clients' career growth Competent in social work practices, including interviewing techniques and client advocacy Ability to recruit participants actively and foster a welcoming environment for diverse populations Skilled in training & development methods to enhance clients' skills and confidence Join us if you're eager to inspire change, foster growth, and help individuals unlock their potential through energetic support and expert guidance.
