Position Summary Promethium Enterprises Inc. is seeking two Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) to support tactical Human Performance Optimization services for Air Force personnel associated with the 93d Air Ground Operations Wing and 820th Base Defense Group . The Strength and Conditioning Coaches will serve as members of a multidisciplinary Human Performance team focused on improving operational readiness, physical performance, injury prevention, rehabilitation support, and safe return to training. Candidates must possess advanced education, current CSCS certification, and significant professional experience supporting elite athletic or tactical populations. Compensation $85,000-$92,000 annually , depending on education, professional experience, certifications, tactical-performance background, and overall qualifications. Primary Responsibilities The Strength and Conditioning Coach will develop, implement, administer, and monitor individualized and group physical-performance programs for tactical athletes.

Strength Power Speed Endurance Mobility Functional movement Agility Energy-system development Occupational physical readiness Injury prevention Return-to-training preparation The Coach will conduct physical-performance testing and assessments, including occupationally specific fitness assessments and testing related to specialized schools, training requirements, or missions. The Coach will provide education and instruction regarding physical conditioning, proper movement, recovery, training techniques, and injury prevention. The employee will collaborate with Athletic Trainers, medical professionals, registered dietitians, psychologists, command personnel, and other Human Performance professionals. Additional responsibilities include analyzing performance information, identifying trends, maintaining workload and program records, preparing reports, supporting training and deployment cycles, attending meetings, and advising leadership regarding training programs, equipment, facilities, and physical-readiness concerns. Physical Requirements Candidates must be physically capable of demonstrating prescribed exercises, techniques, drills, and movement patterns. Personnel must be capable of supporting indoor and outdoor tactical activities, hiking over rough terrain when required, operating in austere environments, and lifting or manipulating equipment and weight plates weighing approximately 55 pounds/25 kilograms . Standard duty schedules will generally occur Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM , not to exceed eight hours per day or 40 hours per week. Occasional work outside normal duty hours may be required based on mission requirements. Travel Occasional authorized CONUS travel may be required to support exercises, temporary-duty activities, injury-prevention programs, Human Performance services, or other mission requirements. Background and Installation Requirements Selected candidates must be able to successfully complete and maintain the required Tier 1 background investigation and meet Moody Air Force Base installation-access requirements.
