Performance Clinical Strength Coach (CSCS) Peachtree City, GA | Part-Time to Full-Time | $50k•$70k Base Salary Build Athletes. Build People. Build a Career. We are seeking a high-level Performance Clinical Strength Coach to join our team in Peachtree City, GA. This is a part-time to full-time, in-facility role for a coach who values coaching excellence, long-term athlete development, mentorship, and professional growth within a performance-focused environment. This position is designed for coaches who want more than floor hours, those who want to build expertise, create real impact, and grow into leadership within a high-performance training model. Mentorship:
Ongoing coaching, leadership, and professional development support within an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Schedule & Workload Expectations 25-40 hours/week total , including: Coaching sessions Program design and review Athlete communication and progression tracking Community engagement and events Coaching may include: 1:1 performance training Small group performance programs Remote Coaching for exercise programming and nutrition coaching Return-to-performance coordination (with PTs) Community workshops and athlete education What You'll Do Performance Coaching Deliver high-level strength and conditioning programs for athletes and active adults Coach movement with precision, intent, and strong communication Progress athletes safely through long-term development models Collaborate with clinicians (PTs) for return-to-performance cases Program Design & Athlete Development Design individualized and group training programs aligned with athlete goals Update programs consistently based on performance metrics and feedback Track progress, performance benchmarks, and athlete outcomes Athlete Experience & Retention Create a high-touch coaching experience that builds trust and results Communicate clearly with athletes and parents as appropriate Drive long-term engagement and program adherence Growth & Leadership Participate in ongoing education, mentorship, and team development Support facility initiatives, events, and athlete outreach Represent the brand with professionalism inside and outside the facility Performance Metrics for Success After a structured onboarding period, successful coaches typically: Maintain a full coaching schedule with high athlete retention Demonstrate consistent athlete progress and satisfaction Contribute to program growth and facility culture Show leadership potential through initiative and coachability
What We're Looking For Required Certification:
CSCS (NSCA) SCCC through the CSCCa Nutrition Certification/Training i.e.: Precision Nutrition Level 1 (PN1) NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (NASM-CNC) ISSA Nutritionist NCSF Sports Nutrition Specialist (SNS) 2+ years of performance coaching experience in the following areas college/ professional athletics, private sector facilities like Exos Strong understanding of biomechanics, strength development, and movement quality Ability to coach both athletes and motivated active adults High communication standards and professionalism Coachable, growth-oriented mindset Comfort operating in a structured, performance-driven environment Ability to use and program training programs on TrainHeroic.
