This role goes beyond teaching skills — our Team Coaches build confident, disciplined athletes through intentional coaching, positive leadership, and strong communication with families and staff. Competitive Team Coaches play a vital role in athlete retention, progression, and team culture while supporting the long-term vision and legacy of Gymnastics World of Georgia. Qualifications:

Prior experience coaching USAG Xcel levels Strong understanding of gymnastics technique, drills, and progressions Ability to spot safely and confidently (or willingness to be trained) Excellent communication and leadership skills Must be dependable, punctual, and professional USAG Membership
