Youth Volleyball Coach

Personality Requirements:

Clean Background Check Enjoys athletics Ability to learn, adopt, and communicate the i9 Sports rules Wants to help the players learn and have fun Can clearly communicate and work with others (Volunteer coaches, parents, and other staff) Likes to get involved and stay busy Job Description - Coach Understand the sport with the ability to teach to beginners Teach players the fundamentals of the sports (setting, serving, passing, handoffs, running with the ball, pulling flags, catching, throwing, etc.) Create and implement practice plans Provide positive and encouraging feedback for players, building confidence and self-esteem A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education A job for which all ages, including older job seekers, are encouraged to apply
