The Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach at Young Harris College will assist the head coach in all aspects of the program, including on-field coaching, recruiting qualified student-athletes, player development, and team administrative responsibilities. Primary Responsibilities:

Assist with practice planning, scouting reports, and player development. Recruit qualified student-athletes. Work closely with student-athletes to develop individual and team lacrosse skills. Promote high academic achievement within the program through team study halls and academic meetings. Support team logistics, scheduling, film breakdown, and travel coordination. Foster a disciplined team culture. Qualifications Collegiate playing or coaching experience. Bachelor's degree required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Candidates must exhibit the ability to build professional relationships with student-athletes and other staff members.
