Tennis Instructor

Provide private and group tennis lessons for members of all ages and skill levels Teach tennis fundamentals including strokes, footwork, serving, and match strategy Organize and supervise clinics, camps, tournaments, and social tennis events Develop lesson plans and training programs tailored to individual player needs Promote member participation and create a positive club experience Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback Ensure safety standards are followed during lessons and club activities Assist with court scheduling, setup, and maintenance of tennis equipment Support the Head Tennis Professional with daily tennis operations Recruit and retain members through excellent customer service and instruction Enforce club rules, etiquette, and sportsmanship standards Coordinate junior tennis programs and youth development activities Maintain accurate records of lessons, attendance, and program participation Help market tennis programs, leagues, and special events to club members Stay current on teaching methods, tennis techniques, and industry certifications
