Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Junior High School Volleyball Coach to inspire and develop young athletes in our school community. This position offers an exciting opportunity to foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and athletic skills among middle school students. As a JH Volleyball Coach, you will lead practices, coordinate game strategies, and promote a positive environment that encourages growth both on and off the court. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help students build confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love for sports. Duties Plan and execute engaging volleyball practices that focus on skill development, teamwork, and game tactics Lead team during matches, providing strategic guidance and motivating players to perform their best Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all student-athletes Collaborate with school staff to coordinate schedules, uniforms, and equipment management Monitor student behavior on and off the court, applying effective behavior management techniques Encourage sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership among students while emphasizing health and safety protocols Experience Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education is highly desirable Experience in coaching or instructing youth in activities like swimming or martial arts is advantageous but not required Join us to make a meaningful impact by coaching young athletes in a vibrant school environment!
