Job Description
Support with planning and conducting practices, drills, and scrimmages
Provides instruction and guidance to student-athletes, focusing on skill development, game situations, and the mental approach for JV/V softball players. Observes and analyzes athlete performance, providing feedback and suggested adjustments to improve softball skills across all areas of the game.
Assists with equipment management, inventory, and maintenance. Helps organize team travel and logistics. Communicates with student athletes and parents in a professional manner to encourage and foster positive motivation with effective communication skills supporting student-athetes
