Job Summary Grand Slam USA is growing and we are looking for skilled baseball and softball instructors to join our team! Are you passionate about helping athletes develop their skills and growing the game you love? If so, we think you'd be a great fit here! For 30 years Grand Slam USA has been providing high quality instruction while fostering relationships with each athlete and family that walks in our doors. With individual lessons, small group clinics, camps, youth club teams, and high school leagues running year round, there is no shortage of opportunities to hone your coaching abilities here with us! What are the perks of working with us? We provide the clients! Getting clients is difficult, and we know that! At Grand Slam, we get you set up with clients. Your job is to show up, do a great job, and keep them coming back for more! Flexible scheduling All of our instructors work outside of Grand Slam. We want to provide passionate coaches the opportunity to work with athletes, while still maintaining balance within their busy schedule. Coaches are welcome to work as much as they want, the more the merrier! We are seeking applicants that are able to commit a minimum of 10 hours a week to instruction. Year round opportunities Gaps throughout the year are common in coaching. It can be tough constantly starting and stopping as seasons shift. Here at Grand Slam, we certainly have our busy season, but we have structured our programs in a manner in which coaches can work year round. Between our indoor facility and access to several outdoor complex throughout the metro area, there is always work to be done here! Are you interested? Great!
