USA Prime Central Iowa Fastpitch is building a coaching staff committed to developing athletes the right way—with outstanding instruction, positive leadership, accountability, and a passion for the game. We're looking for coaches who want to be more than someone who calls pitches or fills out a lineup card. We want mentors who can inspire confidence, teach fundamentals, and help young athletes reach their potential on and off the field. What You'll Do Lead competitive fastpitch teams Plan and conduct engaging, organized practices Coach weekend tournaments throughout the season Develop players in hitting, defense, baserunning, pitching strategy, and softball IQ Build a positive, disciplined, and competitive team culture Communicate effectively with players, parents, and organizational leadership Represent USA Prime Central Iowa with professionalism and integrity We're Looking For People Who... Love teaching and mentoring young athletes Bring positive energy and strong leadership skills Believe player development comes before winning at all costs Are dependable, organized, and enthusiastic Want to help build one of Iowa's premier fastpitch organizations Qualifications Softball /Baseball coaching experience preferred, but not required. Head Coaches receive a flat stipend of $300 per tournament weekend . Additional travel reimbursement or compensation is provided for approved out-of-town tournaments.
