Youth Soccer Trainer

Duties Plan and deliver age-appropriate soccer drills, games, and skill-building exercises for children of various ages and skill levels Foster a positive team environment by promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and respectful behavior among participants Monitor safety during all activities, ensuring proper use of equipment and adherence to safety guidelines Provide clear instructions and demonstrate techniques to help students improve their soccer skills Manage behavior effectively using proven behavior management strategies to maintain focus and engagement Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about participant progress and upcoming events Assist in organizing tournaments, practice sessions, and special events that promote active participation Qualifications Prior experience in sports coaching, teaching physical education, or working with children in a recreational setting Knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and game strategies Ability to motivate children while maintaining a lively, energetic approach that encourages participation This position is ideal for individuals passionate about youth development through sports.
