If you're looking to be part of a supportive, fun, and community-focused team, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Coach CrossFit and HYROX group classes with energy and professionalism. Provide movement instruction, scaling options, and individualized coaching. Create a welcoming, positive, and inclusive environment for all members. Ensure athlete safety and maintain high coaching standards. Assist with gym events, community activities, and member engagement. Arrive early to prepare classes and stay after to answer member questions. Preferred Qualifications CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) preferred. Candidates with other nationally recognized fitness certifications (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, etc.) are encouraged to apply CPR/AED certification Previous coaching or group fitness experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Positive attitude and a team-first mindset Passion for continued learning and professional development Active within the community and regularly participates in classes Bonus Qualifications USA Weightlifting Level 1 or Level 2 HYROX Coach Certification NASM, NSCA, ACE, ACSM, or ISSA Personal Trainer Certification Experience coaching barbell, mobility, gymnastics, or Olympic lifting classes What We're Looking For Lead by example Build relationships with members Take pride in delivering exceptional coaching Are dependable, coachable, and committed to our community Bring positive energy to every class Schedule We are currently looking for coaches who have availability for: Early mornings (5:15AM, 6:15AM and 9:30AM) Opportunities to coach specialty classes are available based on experience.
