About Us 5 Star Sports Academy is dedicated to developing young athletes in a supportive, fun, and safe environment. We offer multi-sport programs—including basketball, soccer, t-ball/baseball, golf, Tennis, Pickleball, and more—for kids ages 3 to 12. Our mission is to instill confidence, promote physical activity, and encourage teamwork through structured and engaging coaching. Position Summary We seek a passionate and energetic Sports Coach to join our coaching team. Ideal candidates will have experience working with children and a coaching or physical education background. We provide paid training and will place you in the sport(s) that best match your strengths. If you love working with kids and want to make a difference through sports, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Lead weekly sports classes and training sessions for kids ages 3-12 Focus on teaching skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a fun, inclusive environment Instruct in multiple sports such as basketball, soccer, t-ball/baseball, golf, tennis, and more Ensure the safety of all participants by following established rules and procedures Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress and class updates Help maintain a clean and organized training area Qualifications Experience coaching or teaching children preferred Background in physical education, early childhood education, or youth sports is a plus Excellent communication and leadership skills A passion for youth development and promoting healthy, active lifestyles Must be reliable, energetic, and a team player What We Offer Paid training and ongoing development Opportunities to grow within the company Supportive team environment Flexible scheduling Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of young athletes through sports coaching!
