Leadership Soccer Basketball Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Help develop and implement training programs for athletes of various skill levels
  • Teach fundamental skills, including shooting, dribbling, passing, and defense
  • Plan and co-lead practice sessions to improve players' individual and team performance
  • Provide guidance and support to athletes during games and competitions
  • Evaluate players' strengths and weaknesses to create personalized development plans
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate team activities and events
Requirements:
  • Experience playing or coaching is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of rules, strategies, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to effectively work with students of different ages and skill levels
  • Experience working with students is preferred
  • Must be able to pass any required background checks or screenings
