Leadership Soccer Basketball Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Help develop and implement training programs for athletes of various skill levels
- Teach fundamental skills, including shooting, dribbling, passing, and defense
- Plan and co-lead practice sessions to improve players' individual and team performance
- Provide guidance and support to athletes during games and competitions
- Evaluate players' strengths and weaknesses to create personalized development plans
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate team activities and events
Requirements:
- Experience playing or coaching is preferred
- Strong knowledge of rules, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively work with students of different ages and skill levels
- Experience working with students is preferred
- Must be able to pass any required background checks or screenings
