Full Job Description Role Overview:
We are seeking Bilingual Cheerleading Coaches who can effectively train and communicate with our diverse community of athletes and parents. Whether you have years of experience or are a former cheerleader looking to transition into coaching, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities /
Responsabilidades:
Instruction:
Lead team practices and teach stunts, tumbling, jumps, and motions.
Entrenamiento:
Dirigir prácticas y enseñar acrobacias, saltos y movimientos.
Choreography:
Help develop and clean competition routines. Coreografía: Ayudar a desarrollar y perfeccionar las rutinas de competencia.
Communication:
Provide feedback to athletes and explain program details to parents in both English and Spanish. Comunicación: Brindar retroalimentación a los atletas y explicar los detalles del programa a los padres en inglés y español.
Mentorship:
Promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Mentoría: Fomentar el trabajo en equipo, la disciplina y el espíritu deportivo. Requirements /
Requisitos:
Bilingual:
Fluent in English and Spanish is required.
Experience:
Previous cheerleading or coaching experience (High School, All-Star, or College level).
Skills:
Strong understanding of cheer safety, stunting progressions, and technique.
Availability:
Must be available for evening practices (typically Mon-Fri, 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM) and some weekends for clinics or competitions. Benefits /
