About Us:
Revolution Volleyball is a rapidly growing youth club based in Deerfield and Northbrook, IL. We're dedicated to developing strong athletes and even stronger people—on and off the court. Our coaching staff plays a critical role in shaping the next generation of players, and we're looking for passionate leaders to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Girls Volleyball Coach for our 13s and 14s teams. This role is ideal for someone who brings energy, experience, and leadership to every practice and competition, and who thrives on building a positive team culture and developing athletes to their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead structured, high-energy practices that focus on skill development, teamwork, and fun Teach volleyball fundamentals including serving, passing, setting, and attacking Develop game plans and strategies tailored to team strengths and age level Promote a growth mindset, sportsmanship, and accountability among players Communicate consistently with families and the club director Attend all scheduled practices, matches, and tournaments (primarily evenings and weekends) Collaborate with fellow coaches to ensure consistency in training and club philosophy
Qualifications:
Prior coaching experience at the club or school level (13s-14s age group preferred) Strong technical knowledge of the game and ability to teach core skills Ability to lead, motivate, and connect with young athletes Reliable transportation and punctuality required SafeSport and IMPACT certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Schedule & Compensation:
Practices and tournaments are primarily scheduled during evenings and weekends Part-time Competitive pay, with opportunities to grow as the club expands Why Join Revolution Volleyball?
