Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and hard working Head Women's Wrestling Coach to lead and inspire our student-athletes in their athletic and personal development. This role involves serving our community with compassion integrity, guided by Christian Principles to foster teamwork, and promote a positive environment that emphasizes skill growth, discipline, and sportsmanship. The ideal candidate will bring energy, leadership, and a comprehensive understanding of wrestling techniques and coaching strategies to elevate the women's wrestling program to new heights. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive training plans tailored to the skill levels of all team members, focusing on technique, conditioning, and strategy. Lead practices, competitions, and team meetings with enthusiasm and clear communication to motivate athletes and encourage their growth. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training sessions and competitions. Foster a positive team culture that focuses on growth physically, mentally and spiritually. Promote student-athlete development beyond the sport by encouraging strong faith, leadership, work ethic, and positive attitude Proven experience in the sport of wrestling. Demonstrate the ability to work with young wrestlers from ages 5-18 years old Strong communication skills for engaging with athletes, parents, staff, and community members. Knowledge of sports-specific training instruction techniques tailored for female athletes in wrestling. Experience working with students or youth in educational or recreational settings.

Pay:
$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
