  • Part-time Soccer Coach We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Varsity Boys Soccer coaches for the Fall 2026 season.
This is an excellent opportunity for a coach who is passionate about teaching soccer fundamentals while helping middle school student-athletes build confidence, character, and strong relationships with their teammates. This team consists primarily of players who are new to the sport or have limited soccer experience. We are looking for a coach who enjoys working with middle school-aged students (12-13 years old) and understands how to create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

Compensation:

Stipend Practices:
3-6pm for 1.5 hours Responsibilities Lead all team practices, games, and team activities throughout the season Teach soccer fundamentals, game concepts, and age-appropriate skill development Create engaging and organized practice plans that support athletes of varying experience levels Foster a positive team culture focused on effort, sportsmanship, accountability, and growth Help student-athletes develop confidence both on and off the court Support players in learning what it means to be a great teammate Communicate effectively with athletes, families, and athletic department staff Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants Qualifications Previous soccer coaching and/or playing experience required Experience working with middle school-aged athletes preferred Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills Ability to teach and develop beginner-level players Passion for mentorship and youth development Reliable, organized, and committed to the full season Ideal Candidate The most successful coaches understand that coaching is about more than teaching a sport. We are seeking someone who can build meaningful relationships with student-athletes, navigate team dynamics thoughtfully, and create an environment where every player feels valued and supported. The ideal candidate maintains high expectations while recognizing the individual needs of each student. They are patient, positive, and passionate about helping young athletes grow as soccer players, teammates, and people.
