• You Own It Revenue growth is your responsibility, and you'll have the freedom to make it happen.

You will:

Develop and execute strategies to drive new memberships, class sign-ups, birthday party bookings, and camp registrations Create, manage, and grow our social media presence to attract new families (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, local community groups) Run lead generation campaigns—referral programs, partnerships with local businesses and schools, etc. Convert walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads into loyal members Track performance metrics and adjust your approach to hit revenue targets Community Building

You'll be the face of Ultimate Ninjas in

Build genuine relationships with parents—know their names, their kids, their goals Create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere where families want to come back and bring their friends Represent Ultimate Ninjas at local events, school fairs, community days, and neighborhood partnerships Develop relationships with local businesses, schools, PTAs, and youth organizations to create cross-promotional opportunities Turn our parent community into our biggest advocates through outstanding experiences and personal connection Operations & Team Leadership Lead and oversee operations Coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team that delivers on every shift Hire, train, and onboard new staff members Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming facility at all times Solve problems in real time—staffing gaps, customer concerns, operational hiccups—with confidence and composure Monitor budgets, control expenses, and evaluate performance to continuously improve Who We're Looking For A natural salesperson who's comfortable and confident driving revenue Someone who gets social media and knows how to turn content into customers A community builder who thrives on relationships and making people feel welcome A leader who takes ownership, follows through, and holds themselves to a high standard Strong communicator who is organized, dependable, and calm under pressure Someone passionate about making a real difference in kids' lives Management experience is a plus but not required—we care more about drive, attitude, and results. Schedule Varied hours days and evenings. We typically open at 9am and close at 9pm. Though due to certain events that can also vary.
