Job Description

The Exercise Coach is seeking a Strength Training Coach in the Lake Zurich / Buffalo Grover area to deliver one-on-one and small group (2-4 participants) strength training to a variety of ages and abilities. The ideal candidates are people-oriented, energetic and passionate about good health, willing to learn and motivated to grow with the business. This established franchise has been open for twenty years and we continue to grow and add team members. The Exercise Coach brand was built upon the belief that staying young and strong shouldn't feel like a hassle. We understand that everyone should exercise, and everyone desires to be fit and healthy. But that is easier said than done given busy schedules, and in some cases beat up bodies. We have an amazing Smart 20 workout that is powered by our own technology that allows for an individual, safe, data driven strength workout. We want to "Transform the Way People Age!" No prior training experience is required. Basic knowledge of nutrition, fitness instruction, an interest in a healthy lifestyle, and a customer service orientation are preferred.
