A Coach works with individual athletes or with sports teams to develop skills and improve teamwork and competitive performance. Runs practice sessions and physical conditioning programs; assesses the strengths and weaknesses of players; plans strategies for games; motivates and encourage players and teaches good sportsmanship.

Compensation Head Travel Coaches:

Responsibilities include:
Plan and lead team practices. Coach games and tournaments. Develop players' individual skills and team concepts. Foster a competitive, positive, and supportive team culture. Communicate with families and program leadership. Assistant Coaches Support our youth basketball programming, including: Weekly skills development classes. Weekend leagues. Holiday and seasonal camps. Beginner and intermediate player development programs. This is a great opportunity for: Former players looking to get into coaching. PM Weekend Programming:
