Skilled Trade Instructor/Part-time:

Deliver hands-on training using Lincoln Tech's structured, accredited curriculum Create a safe, engaging environment in the classroom and shop Evaluate and communicate student progress in a clear, timely way Support student growth, professionalism, and accountability Maintain accurate attendance and grade records Help maintain shop equipment and uphold safety standards Requirements of a

Skilled Trade Instructor/Part-time:

3+ years of hands-on experience in your trade (excluding teaching experience) Current certifications or licenses as required by your trade and state regulations Strong communication skills — you can explain what you know in a way others understand Comfortable with basic computer skills and learning new tools High school diploma or GED Teaching experience is a plus, but not required Why Lincoln Tech Part-time (20-25 hours per week) Monday through Thursday with occasional Fridays Morning, afternoon, or evening shifts available Union-eligible position — membership required within 31 days of start date Fully equipped facility with industry-standard tools and equipment Climate-controlled work environment Full training and ongoing support provided — no classroom experience needed Professional development and advancement opportunities Part-time instructors complete the same training and certification programs required of our full-time instructors.
