Monmouth College seeks applications for the position of Assistant Softball Coach (Positional Experience). Reporting to the Head Softball Coach, then to the Director of Athletics, the Assistant Softball Coach is responsible for assisting the softball program, as well as being committed to the academic mission of the College. The Assistant Softball Coach teaches the sport of softball to student athletes, and provides for the coaching, recruitment and retention of softball players to the college. Specific emphasis on pitching, fielding, hitting and strength and conditioning. This position will also provide administrative support to the Athletics Department of up to 10 hours per week on average. Review full position description here.
