Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic fitness team as a Personal Trainer, Strength Coach, and Movement Specialist dedicated to empowering clients through expert fitness programming, movement instruction, and motivational coaching. In this role, you will design personalized workout plans, lead engaging group fitness sessions, and provide comprehensive support to help clients achieve their health and performance goals. Your expertise in biomechanics, physiology, and body mechanics will ensure safe and effective training experiences. Duties Develop customized workout plans tailored to individual client needs, goals, and fitness levels Lead one-on-one personal training sessions focusing on strength coaching, movement instruction, and functional fitness Conduct group fitness classes emphasizing proper technique, motivation, and engagement Educate clients on biomechanics, anatomy, nutrition, and injury prevention to promote overall well-being Monitor client progress through regular assessments and adjust programs accordingly for optimal results Ensure safety during all training activities by applying manual handling techniques and adhering to first aid protocols Build strong client rapport through effective communication, motivation, and exceptional customer service Requirements Proven experience in personal training, strength coaching, or related fitness services with a strong understanding of biomechanics and physiology Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation; first aid certification preferred Knowledge of program design, body mechanics, and injury prevention strategies Ability to teach group fitness classes and physical education with enthusiasm and clarity Experience in fitness sales or client retention strategies is a plus Strong interpersonal skills for client communication and rapport building Relevant certifications such as sports coaching experience, anatomy knowledge, or health club experience are highly desirable Physiology knowledge combined with hands-on experience in heavy lifting or functional movement training ensures safe guidance for clients of all levels Must hold liability insurance if required by local regulations; experience working in the fitness industry or gym environment is advantageous Join us to inspire others on their fitness journey!
