Youth Soccer Instructor (Ages 2-8)
Salary:
$20.00 per hour, $15 per hour while training (1-2 weeks)
Hours:
Part-time and flexible, 5-15 hours per week
Full Job Description:
Are you energetic, reliable, and do you love working with young kids? Soccer Shots is hiring passionate Youth Soccer Instructors to introduce children ages 2 to 8 to the joy of soccer! This is a daytime position perfect for college students, stay-at-home parents, or anyone looking for a rewarding, active part-time role.
What You'll Do:
Lead fun, high-energy, and imaginative soccer games for toddlers and young children. Create a positive, safe, and encouraging environment. Communicate enthusiastically with teachers and directors on-site.
Schedule & Location Details:
When:
Weekdays during the morning and early afternoon, based on your availability. We have classes starting between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm M-F at various locations in the area. You'll be at each location for 1-3 hours, depending on the number of classes.
Where:
Classes take place at various parks, childcare centers, and indoor facilities across Orland Park, Palos Park, Tinley Park, Frankfort, and the surrounding areas.
Travel:
Instructors must have reliable personal transportation to drive between local sites. All locations are tightly clustered within a 10-15-minute drive of each other, and you will remain on the clock if you drive to multiple locations in a day.
Why You'll Love Working With Us:
$20.00/hour flat rate for all coaching time. Stay on the clock between locations! You are fully paid your hourly rate while driving from one site to the next. Paid comprehensive training. No professional soccer experience required—we teach you the curriculum!
Requirements:
Must love working with kids ages 2-8 (patience and high energy are a must!). Reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license. Ability to pass a background check.
