Phenom Gymnastics is hiring a full-time optional team coach to lead our Levels 6-10 women's gymnastics athletes.

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week. Weekday afternoons and evenings, with weekend travel to meets during competition season (December-April).

Pay:

$70,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and level assignment, plus relocation bonus.

The program has produced 40+ College Scholarship athletes in recent years. Who you'd work with: Our women's program is led by two Region 5 Hall of Fame coaches. This is a rare chance to learn from coaches with that track record while running your own groups. What you'll do: Coach optional training groups, Levels 6-10 Design and run workouts, skill progressions, and conditioning Spot safely and confidently across all four events Prepare athletes for competition, attend meets, and travel with the team Communicate with parents about progress, goals, and expectations What we're looking for: At least 3 years coaching optional levels in women's artistic gymnastics Confident, safe spotting across bars, beam, floor, and vault Current USAG Professional membership, Safety & Risk Management certification, and SafeSport — or willingness to complete these before your first day Availability weekday evenings and weekend meet travel December through April Coaches who build athletes up. Our program is demanding and positive, and that combination isn't negotiable.
