Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Serves as a representative of the University, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with the members of the QU community and with the public.
- Assists the Head Coach with training, coaching, scouting and recruitment of student-athletes.
- Assist with scheduling and travel arrangements
- Manage strength and conditioning program for student-athletes
- Oversee pool operations, including scheduling and coordinating lifeguards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the
Head Swimming Coach Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience and/or coaching experience at the collegiate level
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse student populations.
- Flexible working hours (nights and weekends).
