Job Description

Quincy University, an NCAA Division II institution and member of the Great Lakes Valley Conference, invites applications for the position of Assistant Women's Wrestling Coach. Position Summary The Assistant Women's Wrestling Coach supports all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division II program, including coaching, recruiting, academic oversight, fundraising, and compliance. This position reports to the Women's Head Coach and must adhere to all NCAA, conference, and University regulations. Essential Responsibilities
  • Assist with coaching, training, and recruiting qualified student-athletes
  • Travel for recruiting and team competition
  • Monitor academic progress and promote student-athlete success
  • Ensure compliance with NCAA, GLVC, and University policies
  • Assist with fundraising initiatives, camps, and booster engagement
  • Help manage program budget and maintain equipment
  • Coordinate with Admissions, faculty, and Sports Information
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
  • Knowledge of NCAA rules and collegiate recruiting
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Salary $30,0000 annually.
