Until Filled Rolling Meadows High School The Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Coach in all aspects of the Competitive Cheer program. The Assistant Coach will support the athletic department and head coach in all phases of the Competitive Cheer program including its long-term development, organization, and coordination of all levels of play. The Assistant Coach should support all Competitive Cheer related public relations activities within the athletic department, school, booster parent associations, and the community in concert with the head coach and school administration. An exceptional candidate must possess the following skills: Supports the mission and vision for the long-term success of the Competitive Cheer program. Reinforces program philosophies that are consistently executed and transparent to athletes and parents. Demonstrates the ability and experience to increase the knowledge, skills and expertise of athletes in all phases of cheerleading. Fosters an engaging and positive atmosphere of discipline and accountability. Fosters a culture of support and leadership that will help student-athletes grow and develop on and off the field. Attends clinics, staff meetings, summer camps, and off-season programs to support the growth of the Competitive Cheer program. Maintains good public relations with athletes, parents, and officials. Encourages multisport participation and creates an atmosphere that is conducive to athlete's participation in other sports.SALARY :
Lane E Co-Curricular Increment Schedule Qualifications:
