We are seeking energetic, passionate coaches who want to help build something special from the ground up as a founding member of our coaching staff. Responsibilities Coach swimmers ages 6-18 in daily practices Teach proper stroke technique, starts, turns, and race strategy Help create a positive, disciplined, and fun team culture Support swimmer development from beginner competitive swimmers through senior-level athletes Assist at USA Swimming meets and team events Communicate professionally with athletes, parents, and coaching staff Enforce team policies, safety standards, and USA Swimming Safe Sport requirements Serve as a positive role model for all athletes
Qualifications Preferred:
Competitive swimming experience Previous coaching, teaching, lifeguarding, or swim instructor experience USA Swimming certifications (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and leadership skills Passion for developing young athletes
Required:
Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable transportation Ability to pass background screening and Safe Sport requirements What Makes FUEL Different?
