To Be Determined Job Description We are seeking a dynamic, leadership-oriented Head Softball Coach to oversee our 9-12 High School Softball program. The ideal candidate will be a passionate educator of the game, dedicated to developing student-athletes both on and off the field, and capable of building a cohesive, competitive, and character-driven program. Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership:
Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of the 9-12 High School Softball program, including varsity, junior varsity, and freshman/counselor levels (where applicable).
Skill Development:
Instruct student-athletes in the fundamental rules, advanced skills, strategy, and sportsmanship of softball.
Team Administration:
Manage practice schedules, game-day preparation, equipment inventory, and roster management.
Culture & Mentorship:
Foster a positive, inclusive team environment that emphasizes academic achievement, accountability, teamwork, and personal growth.
Community & Communication:
Maintain clear, professional communication with parents, school administration, athletic directors, and the community. Assure compliance with all school, district, and state athletic association rules.
