Pickleball Kingdom is looking for an energetic, experienced, and passionate Pickleball Coach to join our team! We're looking for someone with hands-on pickleball coaching experience who enjoys teaching players of all ages and skill levels. Our coaches create fun, engaging sessions while helping players develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game. Responsibilities Lead pickleball lessons, clinics, group sessions, and private instruction Teach proper techniques, rules, strategies, and gameplay Provide personalized coaching and constructive feedback Coach players of varying ages and skill levels, from beginners to experienced players Create a fun, positive, and welcoming environment on the court Promote good sportsmanship, teamwork, and safe play Assist with court and equipment setup and maintain an organized coaching area Communicate professionally with players, parents, and team members Promote Pickleball Kingdom lessons, clinics, leagues, and events Provide an exceptional guest experience Qualifications Previous pickleball coaching or teaching experience is required Strong knowledge of pickleball rules, techniques, and strategies Experience leading pickleball lessons, clinics, or private instruction Excellent communication and leadership skills Energetic, patient, encouraging, and dependable Comfortable coaching players of different ages and skill levels Experience coaching children or youth is a plus Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends CPR/First Aid/AED certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who doesn't just play pickleball—they know how to coach it.
