Toddler Sports Coach [Ages 2-6] Looking for a fun, active part-time job working with kids? Playpen Sports Academy is hiring energetic coaches to lead sports classes for toddlers ages 2-6yo.Location :
Applicants should be located within a reasonable driving distance of their assigned Playpen location. Reliable transportation is required. Programs are offered across Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin.Job Type :
Part-time, Contract Compensation :
$15-$20/hour, including a guaranteed $15/hour base pay plus up to $4+/hour in performance bonuses based on reliability, attendance, and overall performance. Training and bonuses are paid at the end of each season.Schedule :
Saturdays 8:45 AM to 12:00 PM & Tuesday 5 PM to 6:15 PM. Programs run in 6-week seasons and are offered year-round. •2026 OUTDOORPROGRAMMING RUNS NOW - OCTOBER
•Availability Expectations :
Consistent attendance is expected (5+ weeks preferred). Priority is given to candidates available for multiple days and seasons.About Us:

As a toddler sports coach, your primary job is to facilitate a fun, energetic, and structured environment for toddlers to learn how to use their bodies and work with others. The goal of our various sports classes is to provide social, emotional, and motor development opportunities through the use of fun, non-competitive games and activities centered around the respective sport (baseball//soccer//golf//basketball//etc). Be the best part of a toddler's week! This job is perfect for you if: You are a high-energy individual (If you are quiet or shy this is not the job for you!) You are looking for some extra cash on top of your current job or school You are looking for a strong leadership role to add to your resume You love sports and goofing around on the field. You love working in fun environments and working with children! Job Duties Class set-up and preparation. Lead various 45-50 minute sessions with energy, positivity, and inclusiveness. Make sure toddlers and parents understand the different games and activities. Help parents work with their children in a manner that makes the toddler feel comfortable with the game or activity at hand. Provide positive feedback, coaching tips, and words of encouragement to not only the toddlers but parents as well. Attend community events & assist in administrative tasks when necessary (additional pay) RequirementsMUST BE AN ENERGETIC AND ENTHUSIASTIC INDIVIDUAL!
! At least a high school junior or older (with childcare experience) Some sort of athletic background - preferably high school or collegiate athletics. Availability Saturday mornings and one-two weeknights (depending on location). Work patiently with children as young as 24-months to 6 Years (Parents help for under 3) Reliable transportation. Experience with kids is not required but is a plus. Enjoy having fun! No coaching experience is required - Training is provided! Willing to complete a background checkPay:
