Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Gymnastics Preschool Instructor & Beginning Class Coach to inspire young learners and foster their early childhood development. In this vital role, you will create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes curiosity, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills. You will lead engaging lessons, support children's individual needs, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure each child's success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives while developing innovative curriculum and teaching strategies. Responsibilities Foster a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages coordination, patience, and social interaction among preschoolers. Support children's behavioral management by applying positive reinforcement techniques and individualized strategies. Conduct assessments of children's progress through observations and testing (Beginning Classes Only). Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's development, milestones, and any behavioral or learning concerns. Maintain accurate records of attendance and progress reports Preferred Qualities Knowledge of gymnastics techniques. Prior experience in gymnastics (teaching, competing, or participating in) Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
