ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Any teacher/coach must possess the ability to perform these essential job functions and typical duties: Support the mission, vision, values, and goals of Twin Lakes School Corporation. Effectively and consistently communicate and interact with students, parents, staff and community, while enthusiastically demonstrating and modeling good sportsmanship. Demonstrate commitment to develop and condition student athletes, in and out of season. Have the ability to build and maintain an atmosphere of fun and mutual respect. Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with administration and teaching staff. Monitor appropriate use and care of equipment, materials and facilities. Provide quality, accurate, constructive, corrective, specific and timely feedback to students that encourages them to perform at their highest level. Advocate for and lead initiatives that will enhance student success in and out of school. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
