Swim Coach

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Swim Coach to inspire and develop swimmers of all ages and skill levels. In this role, you will lead training sessions, motivate athletes, and foster a positive environment that promotes growth, safety, and a love for swimming. Your expertise will help individuals achieve their personal best while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience in the water. Duties Plan and deliver engaging swim training sessions tailored to different skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers Teach proper swimming techniques, safety protocols, and stroke development to enhance performance Monitor swimmers during practice and competitions to ensure safety and proper behavior management Provide constructive feedback to help swimmers improve their skills and build confidence Assist with organizing swim meets, practice schedules, and team events Maintain a safe swimming environment by enforcing rules, supervising water activities, and conducting regular safety checks Collaborate with other coaches and staff to promote team spirit, sportsmanship, and a positive atmosphere Skills Proven experience as a swim coach or lifeguard with strong knowledge of swimming techniques and safety procedures Background in sports coaching, teaching, or physical education with excellent communication skills Experience working with children or students in childcare or educational settings Ability to manage behavior effectively while fostering motivation and teamwork Strong organizational skills for planning practices and events Join us as a Swim Coach and be part of a vibrant team committed to promoting health, fitness, and personal achievement through the art of swimming!
